We are taking the necessary measures to build a conscious business that encourages better consumption and exercises environmentally mindful practise across all operations. These efforts include:

90%+ of our silver and gold is recycled material and we only source from ethical miners whose extraction methods / labour practices are regulated – therefore never wilfully endanger workers or use Mercury amalgamation extraction methods.
Our diamonds are exclusively of Natural Origin and untreated; they have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions and WFDB guidelines.
All jewels will be dispatched in recyclable or home compostable packaging and mailers.
We use only home compostable plastic across all levels of operations (from stone procurement, through to distribution, storage, transport and so on). Our manufacturing facility has banned all single use plastic items such as drink bottles, cutlery, straws from entering the premises.
Our current business model also means we hold no surplus stock, therefore we do not create a need for materials beyond what our customers desire to collect and keep.


We currently produce our fine jewellery items on a made-to-order basis, meaning every piece is created one of a kind for you. This process can take up to 6 weeks, depending on our production load. We will provide an update on your item as it nears completion and prepares for delivery.


All items are shipped from Australia where we currently offer complimentary shipping for orders over $200.
Shipping to the rest of the world is available: this process may incur duties and/or taxes as outlined by each country’s customs. Mineraleir is not responsible for any extra cost, duty or tax on the goods once shipped. Please check your official customs website for details.

You can send jewels direct as a gift, simply fill in the gift card details in the yellow box at the check out. 


We endeavour to provide the most reliable products we can, in some cases manufacturing imperfections can occur. Please see our Warranty and Product Care page to learn more.


Mineraleir offers store credit for eligible returns.
Customers must notify concierge@mineraleir.com within 7 days of receiving a shipment. 
A return shipping label will then be issued:
AUS customers: a fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the purchase to cover some shipping costs.
NZ customers: a fee of AU$20 will be deducted from the credit to cover some shipping costs.
Rest of the world: a fee of $30 will be deducted from the credit to cover some shipping costs.

If you deem your product to be faulty upon receiving it, please email concierge@mineraleir.com with your order number, product details and suspected fault.
Mineraleir will supply a return shipping label. It is required to be returned within 14 days.

Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
